2. Ordering & Contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or extreme weather conditions.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 30-Day Return Policy Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

5.3 Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the wrong product was delivered. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@mudlandscape.shop . We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5.5 Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
